What is DeFi Annual Percentage Rate (APR)?
DeFi Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is an estimated annual rate of return earned for deposits, staking, providing liquidity, or borrowing. For example, if you borrow 100,000 USDT at 20% APR, it means the annual interest to be paid is 20,000 USDT.
All Decentralized Applications (dApps) have independent methods to calculate the estimated APR. Depending on the type of borrowing, the APR can be fixed or variable.
